Pictures speak volumes. Responsive form will help making correct choices. Show the product being ordered. Allow the person with the requirement for the product to choose and the chain of responsibility to approve. Clear choices.
Start with the requirement. Is the product able to meet the demands? Is it future proof for 3-4 years?
When can the order process be updated? What happens if it takes too long? How fast is too fast? Did the change get implemented before those using the product were ready or informed?
Can the third party system use a user's Windows login? Likely not. How do we integrate login to perform better controls over who gets access to what?
Need faster loading times. Will the new setup help or is it up to optimizing the scripts?
